BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 TBSP ground flaxseed
- 2 TBSP chia seeds
- 3/4 cup cashew milk (soy, rice, almond, coconut or hemp works too!)
- Nuts of your choice (pictured are sunflower seeds, raw almonds, cashews and walnuts)
- Fresh fruit of your choice! (pictured are bananas, blueberries and strawberries)
- Mix all ingredients together in blender, blend until smooth and even.
- Serve right away in a bowl and top with your choice of toppings!
