BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

SMOOTHIE MIX:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 TBSP ground flaxseed
  • 2 TBSP chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup cashew milk (soy, rice, almond, coconut or hemp works too!)

TOPPINGS:

  • Nuts of your choice (pictured are sunflower seeds, raw almonds, cashews and walnuts)
  • Fresh fruit of your choice! (pictured are bananas, blueberries and strawberries)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients together in blender, blend until smooth and even.
  • Serve right away in a bowl and top with your choice of toppings!
