GREENS MORNING BOWL
- 1 medium size frozen banana
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/8 cup chia seeds
- 1/8 cup ground flax seeds
- 3/4 cup nondairy milk
- 1 cup raw spinach
- Nuts or seeds of your choice! (Pictured are sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds)
- Fruit of your choice! (Pictured are blueberries, bananas and kiwi)
- Mix all ingredients together in blender, blend until smooth and even.
- Serve right away in a bowl and top with your choice of toppings!
