GREENS MORNING BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium size frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup ground flax seeds
  • 3/4 cup nondairy milk
  • 1 cup raw spinach

TOPPINGS:

  • Nuts or seeds of your choice! (Pictured are sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds)
  • Fruit of your choice! (Pictured are blueberries, bananas and kiwi)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients together in blender, blend until smooth and even.
  • Serve right away in a bowl and top with your choice of toppings!
